App usage instructions

INSTALLING THE APP
In order to pick the car up yourself, you have to download the AUTOCOM GO app to your smartphone.

REGISTRATION
In the app, you need to register by providing your phone number to which you received the SMS message.

THE APP WILL PROMPT YOU TO FILL OUT THE MISSING FIELDS:
This number will be assigned the right to view available cars and rent them using the app. To complete your registration in the app, you need to fill out the empty fields:
The app will prompt you to fill it out immediately:
1. Enter your name
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your phone number
4. Enter your driving license number
5. Create a password
6. After submitting the required data, you will receive an SMS message with a confirmation code, which you must enter in the PIN field of the app.
Registration completed.

PROFILE VERIFICATION
Check your phone settings to see if you have allowed the AUTOCOM GO app to access your camera and determine your location. After logging in to your account, check the existing information and go to step 3 – add the photos of your driving license from both sides. Without a driving license, you will not be able to use the car.

CAR RESERVATION

THE CAR
Having completed your profile verification, you will immediately see the car that AUTOCOM GO has assigned to you.

3 hours before end of your reservation, you can easily locate the car with the help of the app’s navigation function.

UNLOCKING
When you arrive at the car, swipe the “Unlock” button, and the car door will be unlocked! You will find the keys inside the car, so that you can travel immediately!

USE OF THE CAR
Inspect the car after unlocking it. If you see any defects, click the Notice any damage? button in the app. A window will open, where you will see the damage recorded so far. If you notice some other damaged areas, take photos and upload them.

RETURNING THE CAR
To return the car, call the AUTOCOM client support number +370 659 32222 or open your active reservation window and click the phone icon in the upper corner.

END OF RENTAL PERIOD
At the end of the rental period, leave the keys inside the car, step out of the car and swipe the End reservation button in the app.
